Please wait for a confirmation of your booking, before arriving for an appointment. Walk-ins will not be accommodated. All accounts are to be settled on the day of your visit. Regret, we do not do medical aid submissions. We have a strict “no-show” policy charge of R770 for patients whom do not honour appointments they have made. We are generally fully booked for 2-3 weeks in advance. Please request your booking date well in advance.

Terms & Conditions:

• Should a patient wish to cancel an appointment made, then it is to be done at least 24 hours before their appointment time. We have a “no-show” policy of a R770 charge that will automatically be billed to a patient’s account, should they fail to honour an appointment they had made.

• All accounts are to be settled on the day of each visit. As a private “cash” practice, we do not do medical aid submissions. Accounts can be settled by Visa or Mastercard.

• Our medical aid RPL rate is 300%. Any shortfall is for the patient’s account. A consult for a new patient is approximately R2300. Additional scans or tests will be quoted for.

• We are generally fully booked for 2-3 weeks in advance. Please request your booking date well in advance.
