Terms & Conditions:

• We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred appointment date; however, availability is not guaranteed, and appointment times may be subject to change based on the doctor’s schedule.

• We are not liable for any loss, including wages or travel expenses, resulting from the rescheduling of previously confirmed appointments.

• Please allow approximately 1 hour for your consultation.

• Contact Lens Wearers: Please arrive without wearing contact lenses.

• Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, or a R770 “no-show” fee will be charged to your account.

• Payment: All accounts must be settled in full on the day of your appointment. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

• Medical Aid: We are a private "cash practice" and do not submit claims to medical aids on behalf of patients.

• Rates: Our fees are 200-300% of the medical aid RPL rate, with any shortfall being the patient’s responsibility.

• Consultation Fee: A general consultation for new patients is approximately R2600, excluding any additional scans or tests, which will be quoted on the day if required.

• Advance Bookings: We are generally fully booked 2-3 weeks in advance, so please submit your booking request early.

• Confirmation Required: Wait for written confirmation before attending your appointment, as walk-ins are not accommodated.
